1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TrabalhoFlex website ("we", "our" or "us"), located at playgalaxynova.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Definitions

TrabalhoFlex acts as a mediation platform between professionals seeking online work opportunities and companies offering these opportunities. Our services include:

• Facilitating connections between professionals and companies
• Providing information about work opportunities
• Providing initial training for certain roles
• Offering a user support system

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos and images, are the property of TrabalhoFlex or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

A limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license is granted to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying or creating derivative works from the Platform
• Using the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• Disassembling, decompiling or reverse engineering any software used on the Platform
• Using any robot, spider or other automatic device to access the Platform

6. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or standard
• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or inaccurate content
• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, intimidate or threaten other users
• Transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature

7. Payments and Fees

Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specifically indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect services already paid for.

For services involving payments to professionals:

• Payments will be processed according to the terms agreed with the hiring company
• TrabalhoFlex may retain a commission for the mediation services provided
• It is the professional's responsibility to provide accurate payment information
• Any disputes related to payments must be resolved directly with the hiring company

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrabalhoFlex, its directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access or use or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

TrabalhoFlex's total liability for any claim under these Terms, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount paid by you to TrabalhoFlex in the last six months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Platform.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

Before resorting to formal litigation, we encourage you to contact us first at privacidade@trabalhoflex.pt to try to resolve the dispute informally.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
